1. Scope of Services
Depending on your selected plan, services may include: Website updates (CMS, themes, plugins), Security monitoring & malware scanning, Backup & restoration, Speed optimization, Uptime monitoring, Content edits, and Monthly reporting.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact info/access credentials, ensure content legality, notify us of third-party changes, and report urgent issues via official channels.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in paused services. Payment details will be provided via email upon submission of this form.
4. Service Activation
Maintenance starts after agreement signing AND first payment is processed. Either party may cancel with written notice. All backups provided upon cancellation.
5. Liability & Confidentiality
We secure all credentials confidentially. We are not liable for issues caused by external hosts, 3rd parties, or unauthorized client modifications.
