By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1 Payment Terms
- All services must be paid according to the terms specified in your invoice or service agreement.
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
- Services will commence only after full payment or as specified in the service agreement.
2 Cancellation Policy
a) Service Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your ongoing website maintenance subscription at any time by contacting us via email.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid services until the end of the current billing period.
b) One-Time Service Cancellation
- One-time service requests (e.g., urgent fixes, website review) can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation if work has already begun.
3 Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in cases where the service has not been started or delivered, or where we are unable to fulfill the agreed service. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for services that have been partially completed.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Hosting limitations
- Client-provided content issues
- Third-party service failures outside our control
Refund requests must be submitted via email at info@websitemaintenanceservices.org, including your name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
4 Service Modifications
- If you request changes to the scope of the service after work has begun, additional charges may apply.
- Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
